Shipping and Handling

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all of our products! 

 

We ship our items via Federal Express and USPS. Most products arrive in about 5-14 days (domestic, based on supplier) and 14-21 days (international). A tracking number will be provided once your order has left our warehouse. Once you receive a tracking number, please contact the shipping company directly with questions about timeframes or delays. If you need delivery by a specific date, please email support@zenthings.com to discuss expedited options.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the quality of the products, and we make every effort to ensure a positive shopping experience.

 

When accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging, all items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping fees will apply. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit please contact Customer Service immediately at support@zenthings.com. We may ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt.
