Shipping and Handling

We ship our items via Federal Express and USPS. Most products arrive in about 5-10 days (domestic) and 10-14 days (international), and a tracking number will be provided upon placing your order. If you need delivery by a specific date, please email support@zenthings.com to discuss expedited options.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the quality of the products, and we make every effort to ensure a positive shopping experience.

 

You may exchange items within 14 days from delivery for store credit if you are not satisfied for any reason. If we sent an item by mistake, or if it was defective or damaged, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and offer an exchange or full refund. Please provide us with a picture or video of the problem on the day it arrived to expedite the replacement process. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is damaged or altered.
