mandates and VISA/MASTERCARD details, and direct bank transfer into our account
Guarantee Policy
For all our products we provide unlimited two year guarantee against defects
in manufacturer's materials and workmanship. For Master massage tables, there is a
10 year guarantee on the leg and frame system.
Any injuries arising from the misuse of our equipment are not the responsibility of zenthings.com
If a defect should arise during the guarantee period, contact us and we will
arrange for repair or replacement of the item.
Shipping
Shipping takes 1-2 working days withing Ireland when items are in stock. If any items are not currently stocked, you will be given notification of delays
Shipping to the UK takes 4-6 working days.
Refund Policy
All products have a 30 day "no-questions-asked" money back guarantee. You can return the product for any reason.
Our guarantee is almost unconditional: the returned product must be
undamaged, in new or nearly-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse
returns on items that have been obviously damaged or significantly used.
Sorry, there is no refund for shipping and handling costs should they be required.
